Steel, Flex Steel & Flex Pipe Installation for Upstream Oilfield Applications
Not every application calls for the same pipe. Sendero Oilfield Services installs steel, flex steel, and flexible composite pipe systems for upstream oil and gas operators across West Texas and the Permian Basin. We help operators select the right pipe for the right application and install it correctly, the first time.
PIPE TYPES WE INSTALL
Traditional Steel Pipe
Carbon steel pipe remains the industry standard for many upstream applications, particularly in permanent installations, high-pressure environments, and situations requiring long service life. Our crews are experienced in steel pipe welding, coating, and installation to API and ASME standards.
Flex Steel (Spoolable Steel)
Flex steel or spoolable steel pipe offers the strength of steel with the installation flexibility of coiled pipe. It is commonly used for flowlines and gathering applications where faster installation timelines, reduced fittings, or terrain challenges make rigid steel impractical. Sendero crews are trained and experienced in flexsteel installation.
Flex Pipe/Composite Pipe
Flexible composite pipe (also called non-metallic pipe or spoolable composite pipe) is an increasingly common choice for upstream produced water, gathering, and low-pressure applications. It offers corrosion resistance and faster installation times compared to steel alternatives.
